A patch file for Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional Release 6.3b was deployed on 27 February 2025.

The following message will appear on the Payroll Subscription screen:

The patch file includes the following updates:

• Kenya: Updated P9 Tax Deduction Card and new P10 iTAX PAYE online reports
• Namibia: Bank Windhoek ACB change
• Zimbabwe: Updated PAYE return

For more details, check the 'What's New' section available in the Quick Links menu on your Active Payroll Subscriptions screen.

Action required:

• Amend the report setup:
  Follow the steps outlined in the Additional Information document.

• To apply the report to previous backups:

  • Retrieve and access the backup for the relevant period where the updated reports need to be run. Ensure the version of the data is 6.3b.
  • Amend the report setup according to the instructions in the Additional Information document.
  • Run the updated report.
  • Once the report is complete, choose the option to Replace the old backup in the archive. This will apply all changes and retain the updated report selection.
