SAGE Payroll Professional very slow....

For a while now I have experienced that the cloud based payroll professional is very slow to load, move between employees, print reports etc. Is anyone else experiencing this problem - I cannot believe it is due to load shedding (slow connection) as other cloud based programs that I use are not acting in this manner.

    we started with Payroll professional last year and experience the exact same issues that JUSTJENNY is experiencing.  Slow to load and move between employees on the cloud.  We have done the test, clear cookies and caches and even tried another service provider but still the problem persists! Where to from here?

    Thanks for your reply Michelle - here I am, two years later, and still struggling! 

    It is definitely worse at the busy time of the month and one needs much patience when processing payrolls.......
