I had the same issue with a client yesterday when trying to submit - can you please check something for me, what does easyfile say when you try to synchronise? When we did that we got an error that the PAYE tax type is not registered on the profile, just wondering if you get the same message. Let me know as this was my first submission so trying to determine if there is an issue somewhere.

thank you for response, i did sync yesterday and Monday but the error is there,
funny i though there's something wrong with my login to E-filling i try to login in direct to e-filling and i went in with no issues but if i try via easfile error
I am also getting the same error message. I can sync with SARS, using the same login details, but when I try to "Accept data" on the reconciliation, it gives me this error

Based on the image above, the value of your tax certificates are zero. when you import the live run generated on the payroll, the tax certificates will update the values.

Hi Thomasgwele,
You might have generated a test run (no financial values import, it only validates the layout of the file. Be sure to generate alive run.
Also make sure you are doing the Periodic Reconciliation export option, not Tax Year end, as the values accrue to different periods.
Another issue might be that the deduction lines do not have the correct IRP codes.
If the issue persist, reach out to your business partner consultant to review your company and process.
