 I&rsquo;m sorry I need your assistance, when I&rsquo;m trying to accept data from E-filling doesn&rsquo;t want to login but if I login direct to e-filling with same login I can 
 
 Not sure why doesn&rsquo;t allow me to login through e@syfile

 Based on the image above, the value of your tax certificates are zero. when you import the live run generated on the payroll, the tax certificates will update the values.

Hi Thomasgwele , 
 You might have generated a test run (no financial values import, it only validates the layout of the file. Be sure to generate alive run. 
 Also make sure you are doing the Periodic Reconciliation export option, not Tax Year end, as the values accrue to different periods. 
 Another issue might be that the deduction lines do not have the correct IRP codes. 
 If the issue persist, reach out to your business partner consultant to review your company and process.
