Error when using flexi utility

Question

Hi, 
 I am trying to generate a report from the Flexi Utility function but I keep getting the following error. This is not the first time using the Utility function, we use it everyday but I havent gotten this error before.

 Restart your PC and try again &mdash; this clears any cached session or connection issue. 
 Try running the utility on another workstation or user profile (if available) &mdash; to rule out local profile issues. 
 Try again after some time &mdash; if this is a server-side issue (e.g. maintenance on Sage&rsquo;s side), it may resolve on its own. 
 
 If the issue persists: 
 It&rsquo;s likely a server/service-level problem that needs to be escalated. 
 Contact Sage Support and provide: 
 
 A screenshot of the error (like the one you posted). 
 Your Sage Payroll version (Help > About). 
 Confirmation of whether other users in your company are experiencing the same issue
