Try the following:

Save the CSV in the Correct Encoding

• Open the file in Notepad++ (free tool).
• Click on Encoding > Select Encode in UTF-8 (without BOM) or ANSI.
• Click File > Save As, and re-save the file.
• Retry uploading in EasyFile.
