Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

The payroll is exceptionally slow, takes minutes to move from one screen to another. It is not an internet issue because I have investigated this avenue already. I have cleared browser cache and tried using a different internet browser. The payroll will also freeze randomly and then we are unable to navigate on the payroll at all, we have to all log out and reset users just for it to happen again within 30 minutes and so the cycles begins again.

We also cannot have more than two users on the payroll at the same time. As soon as a third tries to login the payroll slows down and within seconds freezes. We then have to all logout and reset users and then "take turns" on who can be working on the payroll. This makes it extremely difficult to work efficiently. 

We have been having this issue in our office for months and no matter how many times we phone Sage about it, the problem is not addressed. 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
