e@syFile cannot obtain your EMP501 Declaration information online.

Question

Can someone please point me in the right direction with regards to the below message i received while trying to "accept data" on e@syfile . Im trying to submit but the below message always pops up. 
 " e@syFile cannot obtain your EMP501 Declaration information online. SARS might have financial values for the EMP501. Note that the data at SARS may be different and may lead to the EMP501 form not being accepted by SARS. We suggest you retry the request later in order to pre-populate the EMP501."

Hello Charlene Eyberg , 
 We know the SARS servers were quite busy last week with the deadline on 31 May. There wasn't anythihg posted on their website to indicate that there were any problems. 
 The only recommendation is to retry the syncronise at a later stage (when not as busy), or contact SARS to assist to detwermine if there is another underlying issue
