Server Side Error (17 May 2024)

We’re aware that some customers are experiencing problems with a Server Side Error when selecting a cycle in a company.  While we continue with our investigations, you can use the following workaround:

What do I need to do to clear the error?

  • close the tab they're on 
  • clear cache on the browser
    How to clear cache?




  • then log onto payroll in a new tab 

We’ll let you know as soon as the issue has been resolved.
