1. Why does the sick leave not automatically decrease on the leave tab when I reduce the hours on the pay slip for processing sick leave?

The payroll system doesn't automatically reduce sick leave days taken, so if you decrease the hours worked on the pay slip, you'll have to go to the employee's leave tab to input their sick leave days taken manually.

2. What is the process to activate leave pay on a weekly cycle? The steps are to navigate to the employee's pay slip in the weekly cycle, click on activate leave pay and follow the detailed steps on our knowledge base article  How to activate leave pay in the Weekly and Bi-Weekly cycles on Sage Business Cloud Payroll
3. What does it mean when there are two wage definitions on the pay slip for leave pay in a weekly cycle? After activating leave pay in your weekly or bi-weekly cycle, the payroll system will display the last wage paid in that period, along with a second wage line showing the employee's pay during their leave N/A
4. Is there a way to process leave for all employees in bulk? Regrettably, you cannot process leave transactions in bulk for multiple employees at once, you will have to process each employee's leave transaction individually. N/A
