On 13 October 2024, we updated our Sage account (formerly Sage ID) service to enhance security. After the update, you'll need to log in to your Sage account again from your software or service as normalWe have made some changes when accessing your Sage account (previously known as your Sage ID).
Your Sage account is used to authenticate Employment Verification, interact on the Community Hub forums, and access additional functionality on the Sage Knowledgebase.
What has changed?
When you log into your Sage account, you will be prompted to enter your Sage account email address:
You will not enter your password on the same screen as you were required to do previously.
- If you have a registered Sage account, you will be prompted to enter your password and complete your 2-factor authentication
- If your email address is not linked to a registered Sage account, you will need to create a new Sage account:
- Enter your name, surname and password for your new account
- Setup your 2-factor authentication method
