South Africa: Update on Return of Earnings (OID) 2024/2025 Submission Period - 1 May to 31 July 2025

A government notice published on May 19, 2025, has extended the deadline for submitting the 2024/2025 Return of Earnings to July 31, 2025. Please click here to view the official notice.

Important: Employers are required to submit their reports along with all supporting documentation through the Compensation Fund website.

  • Hi, trying to change an address of client at Comp Commissioner (on the cffiling website), but it does not allow us to choose a city or postal code.

    Also trying to change nature of business of another client - the website states that it has received all supporting dox (uploaded/OK), but does not allow us to submit - keeps on requesting the (ALREADY UPLOADED) documents.
