We’ve rolled out important improvements in Sage Business Cloud Payroll to make managing payment mandates smoother and more reliable.
Highlights:
- Contact Support: Clients with overdue accounts now see an in‑app message guiding them through mandate setup, with direct Webchat support available
- Mobile Verification: Users must enter a valid South African mobile number to receive OTPs — landline and international numbers are not supported
- In‑app Message Fix: An issue where mandate setup messages didn’t display correctly has been resolved
- Netcash Details: Saved bank or card information now populates correctly during mandate setup, preventing blank mandate errors
These changes ensure a seamless, secure payment experience and reduce admin when setting up or updating mandates.
