This release enables the closure of the current tax year and the opening of March payroll processing periods.
For this reason, March payroll processing and tax year rollovers should be planned only once the release has successfully completed.

What to expect

• Temporary product unavailability On 5 March : 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (SA time)
• During this window, the product will not be accessible
• Tax year rollovers will be available once the release is complete

This maintenance window allows us to safely apply important legislative updates so you can continue processing payroll with confidence using the most up‑to‑date compliance rules.

We recommend completing any urgent work outside of this time and planning March payroll processing and tax year rollovers after the release has gone live.
