Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) — Updated Rollout Date

Following our earlier communication, we can confirm that the rollout of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for Sage Business Cloud Payroll has been rescheduled. The rollout will now begin on 8 June 2026, rather than 1 June as originally published.

This short delay was necessary to complete final security readiness checks and ensure that everything meets our highest standards before reaching your hands.

What to Expect

From 8 June 2026, you will begin seeing prompts to set up 2FA as we phase this in across Sage Business Cloud Payroll. The rollout will be gradual, so not all users will see the prompt on the same day.

To ensure a smooth setup experience, please take a moment to do the following:

• Confirm that your login email address is active and accessible
• Update your login email if needed — or contact Support for assistance
• Add [email protected] to your safe senders list to avoid missing any verification emails
