Good day, 
 
 How would one go about processing the April Payroll: 
 1. if a company is receiving TERS benefits only 
 2. if a company is receiving TERS benefits & topping up employees salaries? 
 
 What are the implications of EMP201?

Good day, 1. You will need to manually zero out the employees salaries 2. You will adjust the salaries to the Remuneration/Wage that they will be receiving. Your EMP201 will stay the same, because topping up employees salaries will still be taxable. When you generate your TERS File, and the Employee Payment is selected, you will see that it will automatically pull through the figures from what is processed on the Payslips. If you are generating the TERS file, and selected the Employer Payment, you will need to manually enter in the Employees Remuneration/Wage Regards, Luanne
