salary and leave payout separate Payslip in one month

Suggested

Good Day

The company would like to pay employees the leave paid out for the last contract that ended and continue new with the same employees on a new contract.

Is it possible to pay in two separate salaries in one month. One payslip for annual leave and the other for normal monthly salary.

Also how do i clear out the leave balance to reflect what is current.

Also how do i convert basic salary to hourly rate pay .

    Hello

We've heard a member recently who asked if Sage business cloud payroll does not cater for two separate pay slip

This is the advice I've suggested, have a look at it here:  Retention Bonus

My advice also would be if this employee will be a new employee, I suggest they need to be added as a new employee again with a new employee code as well.

On Sage business cloud payroll you cannot convert an employee from a basic to an hourly rate, you can only inform the system each month how many hours you want to pay the employee

To do so, each month you will click on the basic salary line as shown in an example below, the column on your right will appear and you will make use of the option that states I want to pay, this is where you will manually enter the hours you want to pay the employee.
