Hi there, no I have not come right with my error because I did call SARS and was told that they could not assist me. I am still doing research to try and figure the problem out.
Are you able to assist?
im on a call with the. Please advise when you resolve. stressing coz is close to month end
I have posted the question on the Handshake Systems website too - hoping someone can help. I have been through the payroll file and checked that all the codes have corresponding amounts. The 2 employees are directors so think it has to do with their salary being under director on the payroll and not gross salary.
Good day,
I am getting the exact same error message for a new employee who started in August 24.
The only values are for salary income, total taxable income, UIF and SDL (earnings below the tax bracket).
How did you resolve the issue, Jillian Jaggard ? Shazi are you maybe able to assist?
Thank you!
Hi all,
I am also getting similar error "Format Error: Incomplete code/value pair. Check that there is a corresponding value for every code listed except the end of record code" on one of my clients. Can someone who had experienced the same issue please help?
Hi there, we managed to fix the error. It is a Pastel Payroll account, and we went into the Employee Masterfile, then to the person with the error, and under the tab NATURE OF PERSON, we changed it from C - Director to A a person with an ID, and that fixed the error on the file.
