Please go check on the pay-slip for the amount that is showing

If it's showing the full amount, you need to pro-rata the salary of the employee by stating how many hours or days you want to pay the employee.

Hi Shazi.

The employee was not paid. He only will receive his first pay at the 24th of this month. Yet it show his deduction on the EMP201 PAYE, SDL and UIF return report as  PAYE 4328.69, SDL 168.29 and UIF 336.58.. The only amount that was added was when I register him I allocate an amount of salary per month. The hourly rate, yearly is the automatically filled.

 Ida Britsif he was not paid, no UIF, SDL and PAYE should not calculate. Please verify and check the basic salary that is showing on the employees payslip.
