The Eswatini National Provident Fund limit increase effective 1 January 2025.

The new contributions are E200 per month for the employee and E200 per month for the employer (total contribution E400).

The contribution limit escalations up to 2029 have also been published:

Changes required on your payroll:

• Update your employee and company contribution limit values as from January 2025

  • Ensure your company is in January 2025

  • All changes must be done before finalising your January payroll

  • From the Main Menu, click on Payroll > Definitions > Methods of Calculation

  • Click on Change

  • Click on your ENPF Deduction line and select the method number which from the last step of your calculation

  • Increase your current limit to 200.00 as in the example below

  • Click Close and select Yes to recalculate
