Annual License Fee Renewals

Just a reminder that Annual Licence Fee payments are due by the end of February 2026. When making payment, ensure that you use the correct banking details (as per invoice) and your Site Code as a payment reference. Contact our Renewals Team if you have any questions.

    Hi Francois. I have already copied our 2026 version to a different hard drive for EMP501 submissions.

    Will this update affect our current version 6.5b for this purpose, or does it only apply to new payrolls for March onward?

    Hello Marius,

    Release 6.6a is intended for payrolls from March onwards, however won't be an issue if your tax year end copy system is updated.

    You submission copy system can remain on Release 6.5a or 6.5b, so its not necessary to update the tax year end copy to the new version.

    We will be releasing a patch file for the IRP5 report  (on 6.5a and 6.5b) which contains a change to align with the SARS validations for tax numbers (which will allow you to import IRP5 files with missing tax numbers) on 12 March.

    Just a question on the patch file for the IRP 5 File. Will this file also maybe include the updated IOD report that is on 6.5 b? Why I am asking is that we are currently on 6.5a, but was this week informed that the IOD report was actually updated on the 6.5b upgrade. Not certain how I missed that....Anyhow, so before I upgrade to 6.5 b, and then again install a patch file, I was just wondering whether this IRP 5 patch file could maybe include the updated IOD report for the period 2025/2026 as well.

    Please advise.
