Need help fast? Access Chat support in‑app from Release 6.6a

We’re excited to share a new way to get help when you need it!

From Release 6.6a, you can now start a chat from within your application, giving you faster access to support without having to log into the Sage Portal.

If you need assistance, simply open your application and select the Chat option on the Main Menu, to connect with Sage.

Why use chat?

  • White check mark Ask questions while working in your system
  • White check mark Our Sage Assistant is available 24/7 to help with queries

As always, you can still use the Community forums, Knowledgebase articles, and webforms for additional support.
