Sage has a single contact number for all departments and functions (including Support): 086 123 SAGE (7243) When you call, the automated menu might ask you to enter your Site Code (Payroll products) or Customer Number (Accounting products). This helps us identify your product and route you to the right team. |

You’ll find your Site Code at the top when you log in to your profile
Q: How do I enter my Site Code using my phone keypad?
| If your Site Code starts with a letter, use the phone keypad to convert that letter to the matching number (see the keypad picture below). |
1 = Not applicable
2 = A, B, C
3 = D, E, F
4 = G, H, I
5 = J, K, L
6 = M, N, O
7 = P, Q, R, S
8 = T, U, V
9= W, X, Y, Z
For example:
- Site Code P00001 → dial 700001 (replace P with 7)
- Site Code U00001 → dial 800001 (replace U with 8)
