We are excited to share a brand new resource to help you navigate the Sage Finance Webform Portal with confidence. The Finance Webform Payroll Guide is a step-by-step visual walkthrough designed to make logging in, finding support, and submitting your payroll queries smoother than ever.

The guide walks you through every stage of using the Sage Finance Webform Portal, from your first login to submitting a completed Finance Payroll Request. Whether you are new to the portal or just need a quick refresher, this resource has you covered with clear instructions and helpful screenshots at each step.

What You Will Find Inside

Step 1 — Logging In

Head to the portal at portal.sage.co.za, select the product you would like to query from the drop-down,

and enter your login details to sign in.

Step 2 — Navigating the Home Page

From the home page, you can easily access your invoices, statements, and renewal teams via our webforms.

Everything you need is just a few clicks away.

Step 3 — Logging a Query

From the top menu, select Support, then choose Log a query from the drop-down.

This opens the query form where your request begins.

Step 4 — Choosing Your Service Type

Select Finance Accounts as your service type to ensure your query reaches the right team.

Step 5 — Completing the Finance Payroll Request

Fill in all required fields marked with an asterisk (*), review your information carefully, and submit your request. An automated email will be sent to you with a unique reference number so you can track the progress of your query.

Every query logged through the webform is tracked, referenced, and routed to the right team, which means faster resolutions and clearer communication for you. Knowing how to navigate the portal confidently saves time and keeps your payroll requests moving without unnecessary back and forth.
