Tax Recalculation and Adjustment in February period.

Question

How do we deal with the tax adjustment in February. The system doesn't allow us to amend the tax amount in February, however it has recalculated it automatically after doing a rollover to the next period. 
 Also how do we adjust the sytem so that it automatically adjusts the tax when the salary adjusts?

When the system reaches February (Tax Year End) the system applies the final tax calculation and no adjustments will be allowed as we know that any changes to the final tax calculated will have a negative impact on the employee during his personal assessment. 
 In extreme cases, we will allow tax adjustments with the VIPSD password but a tax adjustment letter must be completed to action this. The system calculates tax automatically based on the taxable earnings entered on the system.
