Printing History Payslip for Terminated Employee

Morning, 
 We are trying to print history payslips for a terminated employee. It keeps saying that there is no Payslips to print. 
 The client is setup on ESS on VIP Classic. The employee under question was not setup as a mobile delivery. 
 Once we get to print some payslips, it only goes back 2 months. The history goes back to March 2019.

Good day. When printing the History payslips there are various selections or tick box options. Depending on what the client is licensed for you need to tick the relevant boxes and sometimes it is process of elimination to determine what needs to be selected. If you are a 100% sure you are making the correct selections and it still says no payslips to display, we need to ensure payslips were in fact printed for that period as payslips need to be printed in every period for the payslip to save for history payslip printing. If they did, it is possible that the data file in which stores that information was either damaged and lost the information or it was replaced during a rebuild.
