SAFT PAYMENTS NOT ON VIP

I was informed by my client that SAFT payments were made to staff, however this was only communicated after closing off the Feb2021 payroll tax year.

I was then told to process the tax year end as usual and add a manual IT3a certificate on Easyfile for each employee.

My question is:

1. Do I create these manual certificates before I submit the IRP5's?

2. What is the correct IRP 5 code to use for this earning.
