 Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. 
 If you click quit. the application will close immediately. 
 
 Please assist.

Hello Armand Britz 
 The error is not related to the Sage software but is related to Microsoft Office and the services of the computer. 
 The following solution has been suggested - please let us know if this solves the issue: 
 Repair Microsoft Office 
 Office 365 
 
 Click on Start and search for Office under your applications 
 Right-click then select Manage > App Settings 
 Select Repair 
 
 Older versions of MS Office: 
 
 Access Control Panel > Programs and Features 
 Right-click on Microsoft Office and select "Repair" 
 
 Check the RPC service 
 
 On your Windows Search bar, search for "services" 
 Run Services 
 Search for "RPC" to locate the service 
 Ensure the service is running - if not, you can stop and restart the service 
 
 Hint: When you load the SMART software, you must also load the new templates (in the zip file), as the installation will overwrite the existing reports
