Good Day 
 I am on the compatibility check & there is a X on the .Net Framework. 
 I cannot update the new version. 
 Please advise what can be done to resolve the issue.

Hello Yasmin, 
 You will be required to update to the required versions of Microsoft .NET Framework to continue with the update process, as this is required for the application functionalities to work correctly. 
 
 Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 
 Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 
 
 The software downloads page do offer download links to install the required versions: 
 
 Microsoft .NET 4.8 must be installed on all workstations before installing this update. Please click here to download .NET Framework 4.8 (if required) 
 Microsoft .NET 3.5 is required to be activated for specific system feature to work correctly. Click here for more details

Hi Yasmin, 
 Yes, you only need to update before you export your SARS files, thus it can be done in October, after you completed your September payroll, and started the new month's payroll.
