Yes, problem is resolved by removing and re-installing Sage Connected Services and then restarting the service.
Please try this one more option.
Located Sage Connect Services from the start function button , then I clicked on sage connected services and then start service and on your desktop under hidden icons, it appeared. then restart your laptop and see if that helps .
