The way the payslips render now when printing to PDF has increased the file size. Sage is aware of this as this has been brought to their attention.

If you are emailing the payslips to customers and they print this out to distribute to employees, then you are going to have to use an option like wetransfer to send the files to the clients to download.

There are alternatives but will only be an option if payslips are not printed out as the payslips will not print the secure option but just a standard payslip if I can call it that and can then be emailed directly to employees and will be password protected.
