6.1a Update Activated

Good day

I have two questions:

1. How do check if the new update 6.1a is activated on our payroll after I've done the update?

2. Every day when I log into our payroll the registration expiry date is wrong (very old date) then I have to put in the renewal code again. This is why I am wondering if the new update is activated, On top it does say we are on Classic 6.1a

Please assist.

    Thank you for using our community ,  on the main menu last version activated will show as a green tick.

    When you input the renewal code , please click on continue twice for it to update .

    Thank you for the reply, but I know how to add the renewal code. The Problem is when I add the renewal code the registration expiry date will change to the correct date for example its now 30/11/2023, but then when I log onto VIP again the next morning the registration expiry date is back to 2020 again, and this happens every day, so I have to add the latest renewal code again, and then the next morning same story.

    Please advise, this is very frustrating.
