 So the full value of the award  (exempt and taxable) must be reported against code 3835 , but If the reward is cash it must reported against  code 3622 (exempt and taxable).

Both values are reported against code 3622 on the ED screen

Where must the full value of the award (exempt and taxable) be reported against code 3835?

Is the  award in the form of an acquisition of an asset, right of use of an asset and free or cheap services?
