How do I resolve this?

    Hi  

    Please do the following on the PC :

    • Check that the .NET (3.5 and 4.8) are ticked , by navigating to the Control Panel  > Programs and Features > Turn windows features on or off:



    • Please check that Sage Connected Services and Sage VIP Runtime are installed  with Admin rights.

    I have installed Pastel Partner V19.4.4 on all of our devices at work about 2 months ago and received the same message as above after a day or two on all machines.

    I followed the above information and the message didn't come up for about 2 weeks. Now it comes up again every 10 days or so (on some PC's even longer). If you just click OK, everything still works, and there seems to be no effect.

    I would however like to know if there are any other small settings that need to be tweaked, as it is still an error message which means something somewhere is wrong.
