The report issue you identified - is it incorrect on the report, or on the actual ETI History screen of the impacted employee, for the same period?

Was there any hours captured for the employee in the specific month, which would reflect on the ETI History screen?

Hi Francois, it is on the ETI History Report under the History menu as well as on the ETI Detail report under IRP5/IT3's report. It seems to happen mostly on staff that did not qualify or receive any ETI.

If the values pull through in the manner descried, I would assume the ETI History screen of each impacted employee

When ETI should not calculate on an employee, some values will still pull through to record - in this instance, a reason why the employee would not qualify will also record.

The ETI remuneration is based on the hours worked by the employee in the period - if the employee works 160 hours or more, the actual remuneration for the month is used for the calculation, and if you work less, the system will apply a gross up to monthly value using the hours worked divided by 160 hours. The ETI setup will determine which hours is used.

If there is however no hours, the remuneration calculation cannot be applied, and I believe this is where the remuneration appears to be different. 

We would recommend to contact your business partner consultant for an ETI review, or the Sage Customer Support would be able to verify if this is indeed the cause.
