We had some reports of users experiencing this issue, however when the import is tested on a different computer, the issue doesn't come up (imports successfully).

You can contact your Business Partner of Customer Support to test it for you. The only solution thus far was to uninstall and reinstall the e@syFile software.

I am also experiencing the same issue. I logged a query with SARS and they advised that I should uninstall and reinstall the app. I have done this and my import says successful but no data appears.

 I have uninstalled and reinstalled and my file still says 'PASSED' but does not say 'PASSED - IMPORTED'. The data is blank and none of the information has been imported.

The import works on a new clean easyfile db. You can do your submission on a different db and then use the new function to export the PAYE data and then import into the exisisting db you have been using so it can merge the 202508 submission information. I did this yesterday and it worked perfectly fine.

I haven't received any feedback from SARS yet, however I downloaded easyfile on a different laptop and my imports were successful. I extracted the information from the new database and imported into my old database.

It worked.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and the issue still persisted. I was able to do one submission via installing on another computer and then that computer had the same issue. Do you have some specific details as to how to work on a "Clean" Db and what to do as part of that install or what not to do?
