Patch Update ERROR- version update from V12.0.20 to V12.0.32

Hi, 
 I was trying to patch update from version 12.0.12 to 12.0,.32 using cumulative option- i encountered below error message- 
 Please advice on below issue-

Hi Binoyjo 
 The Cumulative patching is supported from v12.0.19 only. You will have to install individual patches from V12.0.13 to 12.0.19 before using the cumulative patching feature.
