In Sage Cloud Payroll,  if you open the employee record, then go to the Tax details section, you have the option there to exempt the employee from tax withholding.

Thanks. But there is not option to exempt. By exempt, do you mean delete the applicable tax code?

Please provide me with a screenshot so I can see what you are seeing. Maybe you don't have Sage Cloud Payroll, but another Sage product (Sage 50 maybe).
