Here is a collection of the various ways to reach support for Sage 50 and also the best and worst times to contact support.

For technical issue Phone (888-522-2722) and Chat (In program at Help-Chat with Technical Support) are available Monday to Friday 6am -5pm pst. Generally it will be busy on Monday and quieter on Friday in terms of wait times. Busiest time of year is January due to the payroll update that is released in mid-late December, so avoid calling then if possible and update prior to January to avoid the rush.

The sage 50 forum is available 24/7 and can be a good place to ask questions or to look for answers that may be out of the scope of support. Similarly if you are having a technical issue with sage 50 the Knowledg base is also available 24/7 and is a good resource for troubleshooting.

Also available is training at Sage U in how to use the program and get the most out of it. Inside the product itself under Help-Search Help is where all the information on the program and its modules can be found and all of the How-To articles. There is also a youtube channel for basic setup of the program and other features.
