We regularly survey our customers asking for feedback. If you’ve ever responded to one of our surveys, I want to thank you and let you know how much we sincerely appreciate your reply and also assure you how seriously we take those responses. In fact, based on your thoughtful comments, I’d like to share a few changes we’ve made recently:

  • Faster response times
    If you’ve called in to our technical support team recently, you’ve likely experienced a dramatic increase in the speed with which we respond when you phone us for assistance. In fact, we’ve improved our speed of answer by over 40%! In addition, we’ve also refined the way our calls are routed so you get to the right person faster.
  • Expanded French language content
    The Sage Knowledgebase is a great resource to find answers fast, 24/7—and we are working to add more articles in French to our French Knowledgebase making it easier to find the information you need, in both our national languages.
  • More sessions at Sage Summit
    Sage Summit is a one-stop shop for learning. This year we are hoping to have nearly 2,000 Canadians join us—think of all the networking possibilities! Plus, we have more content geared to Canadians than ever before! And—new this year—take advantage of “Cert Prep” sessions being offered throughout the conference, then test your knowledge! Attendees will receive a special code giving access to online user certification assessment tests as part of Sage Summit registration. Learn more.
  • Better help getting started
    If you’re upgrading your software or are new to Sage 50, you’ll see we’ve added resources right inside the product to help you get up to speed faster—including a “what’s new” video tutorial and overview PDF. And if you’re using Sage 50c, you’ll notice the new Cloud & Mobile pane in the home window; it gives you links to instructions and video tutorials for easier access to and setup of mobile invoicing and cloud data.
  • Increased communication
    It’s not just about accounting; we get it. As your trusted advisor for business challenges and technology changes, we’ve created two new resources to help you navigate the ins and outs and stay on top of new gadgets, trends, and tips: a monthly customer newsletter as well as a customer resources site.   • Year-end assistance
    It’s always here faster than you expect . . . year end! To help you get through it, our year-end centre on Sage City is chock-full of videos, articles, and forum threads to guide you through all the taxes, forms, and other year-end questions. In addition, we also extended our technical support hours during January to help you at the busiest time of year! [centre de fin d'année]

What’s next on our list?
Well, that’s up to you and what you share the next time you get a survey from Sage! But, to give you a peek, we’re working to improve the learning centre so you have access to the maximum amount of help resources in the fewest amount of clicks. We’re also continuing work on enhancing the product interface as well as increasing efficiencies through stronger batch processing and automation features. Stay tuned!
