We have a very large list of recurring transactions in Payables that we would like to remove. Is anyone aware of a way to perform this task on multiple records, or do we have to remove them one at a time.
Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately for you, they have to be removed one at a time. Bulk deletions can cause things to go bad and the wrong ones being deleted which then take more time to put back in place.
Alwyn, question....I learn so much from the questions people ask on here that I read them everyday....in regards to removing multiple AP Recurring transactions if could remove in bulk...what is it that would go wrong. Are there certain Recurring Transactions that would be set up with links?
Recurring purchase transactions are stored in a header tablt trcpur and a detail table trcpurl. Deleting the header without the detail, or vice versa, could cause a problem. Also, in multiuser mode, the headers are loaded on startup, and changes to recurring trans may be broadcast to all the workstation clients logged in.
So it's safest to just use the program interface. Unless you have ten thousand and the testing time would be less. I think I would do 1500 manually just to be absolutely sure that a future problem wasn't my fault.
Thanks Randy for the explanation. Good to know these things! :)
Thanks Alwyn.
