I've done quite a few different templates for statements but I've never put a list of quotes on them.  Obviously your advise is correct, but as a sales tool, I can see the concept of what your client is looking for.

However, there is no way to accomplish what they want directly in the program.  It will require custom reporting to accomplish something this different and that is usually all outside the program.

Thanks Richard.  That's what I was thinking, time to look at doing a little Crystal work it seems.
