Sage 50 Canadian Edition Integration with Moneris E-Select - Anyone Have Experience?

First, getting support from Sage is absolutely the worse scenario ever.  It seems every time you call about the same problem, you get an entirely different answer, and now today when I call am told call volumes are too high and their system hangs up on me ....

Anyways, when I inquired earlier about integrating Moneris Payment Solutions with Sage 50, I would need to subscribe to Moneris E-Select. Have now done that and I called back, and the tech or sales guy told me I would have to move to the Sage Cloud Accounting package to integrate on-line payments, meanwhile if I go to setup, company, credit cards, processing options, there appears to be a window to complete to integrate.

Has anyone else had any experience.  I am apparently in the Sage return a call que, but I think it will be the middle of the night when they return my call.

For Sage Payment Solution (SPS), once you setup account , you should have Merchant ID and Key with access with a site access to virtual terminal as well.

You will need Sage 50C subscription in order to process

    http://www.sage.com/ca/sage-50-accounting/buy#

click on the Compare more feature red icon , check "included in subscription"  for payment integration

After that as you already discovery, you setup and enter Account ID and Key and make sure the latest version of Sage Exchange is installed and running on the computer.

In setup, settings, company, credit cards, processing services, if you see "sage exchange desktop is running now" next to "Sign up now" then you are up to dated, if not it give you a link to upgrade.

After that you should able to process Credit Card using SPS
