cannot edit purchase order

Question

What does it mean when I cannot edit a purchase order? 
 It does not look like I've been billed for it, yet and it is showing up on my open POs report. 
 I want to add a price, but I can't edit.

Hi Sue Clifford 
 Check to see if the Purchase Order finder screen says invoiced: 
 
 If you you see the order show up on the list using invoiced orders checked off only, this is probably why you can't adjust the order anymore.
