If you wish to track your daily sales summary entries under a specific customer, then you can enter them in the Sales Module under the customer Daily Sales (or Weekly Sales if you post weekly).  The downside of this is that you will have to post up to about 3-5 more entries to record the payments in the Receipts module.

You can also record them in the General Journal, posting the sale income, HST Charged and all payments in one entry.
