Thanks for your question. As far as I know and have researched, there's no formal integration between Sage CRM and Sage 50 Canadian Edition. There is a one-way, read only integration that exists wherein Sage 50 US edition is updating Sage CRM every 24 hours. The US edition would be completely different from the Canadian version however.

Sage Martketplace lists an alternative product called Skynamo for integration with Sage 50cloud for CRM functionality.

Thanks Erzsi, I was really hoping to find something to work with our existing Sage accounting, since we have years of data. If I have to try and patch something together I may just look at a whole new system, rather than try and continue with Sage.

Update that the Sage CRM team advised that "No partners have implemented any integration with Sage 50 CA." CRM integrates with our larger software like Sage 300 or Sage 100cloud. The Sage 50 US integration is created by a 3rd party called DCAA.

Most of our other product lines are sold via certified partner resellers who offer consulting services and are a great help in optimizing software for your specific business needs. An internet search should provide you with consultants contacts in your area. However if you have further questions please post here and we'll do our best to track down the answers for you.

Dennis, one of our CRM guru's advised to look up Dan Cousins of DCAA mentioned above. I found https://dcaa.ca/sage-connected-services/sage-50-cdn-simply/, looks older, but there’s contact info on there.

Dale1670 another suggestion would be to contact a Sage 50 Development partner called Integratech in Montreal. They have a program called IntegraPortation that can be made to take information from almost any source and input to Sage 50 or from Sage 50 to another program. This may be the linkage you require without losing your Sage50 data.
