Sage knowledge base from Help menu sage 50 canada

when I go to Help-sage support-knowledge base I get an error message "no internet" windows could not automatically detect this network's proxy settings. how do I fix this problem.

I am also unable to export R.O.E. to Canada Revenue

    I can't help you with the ROE issue but this message was posted about three weeks ago.  I don't know why it was tagged onto a message from almost a year ago and has nothing to do with ROE's but there is a response about the ROE issue.

    I have a problem with some versions of Sage 50 also.  On my system it always wants to open Internet Explorer instead of my default browser, Chrome but in my case, the 2020.2 version does open the Knowledgebase without error.

    It could be there is a port locked down on your router or your firewall program is getting in the way but I can't guarantee that.  Hopefully someone from Sage may have the answer.  Or you can check the Knowledgebase to see if they have already posted a solution for you.

    Ok, I know that was dumb.

    However, at the top of this page you can click on the 50 icon beside the forum name, then click Resources, then scroll down and click Search Sage Knowledgebase as an alternate way to get to it.  Then you can bookmark the page.  I don't see anything specific there right now but you can enter the exact error message or parts of it and you may get further.
