Exporting T4's

I'm trying to export T4's from Sage 50 to CRA but I get the message "this site can't be reach". I'm currently on hold with Sage support. Anybody else having this issue?

Hi Trudy,

Thanks for your question. Looks like you are a SAN member for Sage 50 CA. Have you installed the 2021.1.1 update?

Communications regarding the update are being pushed out via the software primarily as of yesterday (01/21/2021) only for Sage Accountants Network (SAN) members.

For the manual download, go to help and check for updates. You will find the installer file download to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Sage Software\Simply Accounting\Download, where you can double click the SA_202111CPUP1.exe file to start the installation.

The KBs with the new download links will be updated and published early next week. Let us know if you need anything further.
