I am having a similar issue with purchases posted and paid by visa and not showing a transaction in the reconciliation.  I pulled up the invoice and clicked on report and the transaction is going to the right account.

HI When you entered your purchase did you pick cash or visa as the payment method?  Because if it is Visa it would of gone to a liability account not directly to your bank account?

It is paid by Visa and I do a reconciliation on the visa account, not the bank account. The transactions are not coming through for the visa rec.

Is it possibly a date error and showing in a different month?  

No, I double checked that as well.  It is for all of the visa transactions entered for two different cards so I think something is not right with the program.  Will call in for support I think.

Sounds like it.  I was trying to think of different things that I may have come across with our mastercard reconciliation but cannot think of anything else.
