Has your TelPay account been migrated to their new platform?  It works a little differently now, you have to upload your G/L but it pulls everything in from there without having to manually enter.  Hope this helps.

Thank you, Brenda. Yes, I am aware of that. However, it doesn't work form my purposes. I actually filled out a comment window that popped up while using Telpay and someone got back to me right away. We had a good talk about the issues and he did help me to figure out how to upload my payroll. He says they are working on the rest. I was very impressed with their customer service.
